Sunday went to Gunung Gading and then.. ate alot of jagung! cause we bought many jagung while on the way! Only 5 for RM2

Cheap!!!!

But, now FAT liaw lo..!!!!

减肥计划 6

Fight Against Sweet Food 甜食!!

1. 晚上
睡觉前吃甜食,这真的是很DANGEROUS,因为我们吃的甜食中的糖必须得通过运动来代谢,所以晚上吃甜食让你非常轻易地被肥胖纠缠.

Tips : Eat during Day Time

吃甜食绝对不能狼吞虎咽,点心、零食吃得越快,血糖上升得就越快,热量就越无法消耗,就会停留在体内转变成脂肪

Tips: Eat Slowly

如果上午的甜食吃多了,那么在中午和晚上最好多吃一些蔬菜,帮助消化

Tips: Balance it with vegetables during meals

尽量避免空腹吃甜点,因为空肚子的时候,热量吸收的效果是最好的,而且很容易在不知不觉中就吃多。

Tips: Eat after Meals!


5. 高热量点心如芝士蛋糕,则放在饭后吃比较好,因为用餐中一起消化,热量吸收会比较少,且不容易吃太多。( So, dun think a piece of Cheese Cake can become a meal, dessert is main for dessert!)

Tips:
Eat after Meals! ( But not dinner! Reason? Hard to digest! )

疲劳的时候要避免吃甜食,因为甜食会消耗身体的维生素B,让身体更加疲劳,无形中也会增加赘肉。

Tips: Don't eat if you are exhausted.. !

7. 活动少的时候,甜食也要少吃,但通常是放假时间成为许多人吃甜食的高峰期。放假在家时,因为心情放松,一不小心就会吃很多甜食,况且窝在家里不想运动,肥胖自然会找上门来。

Tips: Eat how much then exercise how much lo!

以清水代替汽水

爬楼梯而不乘电梯(Er... -.- I dowan walk to 8th floor lo!

每天吃早餐 (Kaya Toast + Eggs! What's so harD? )

步行时加快步伐 ( Easy! Make sure you walk infront of others, confirm you will speed up your footsteps!)

每天做伸展运动3至5分钟 (Simple Strectch Enough la~)

避免吃煎炸食物 (No chicken Wing, No Cha Kueh Tiaw...Etc..)

以运动而非吃食物来舒缓精神压力 ( Pau... Rmb o! )

减肥计划 4

正确喝酸奶小腹平下去

酸奶(yogurt) 确实有一定的减肥效果, 酸奶具有较强的饱感,轻微饿时喝一杯可以有效解强大的食欲,从而减少下一餐的进餐量。

酸奶每天应该饮用多少才合适呢?

早上一杯牛奶,晚上一杯酸奶是最为理想的.
但是有些人特别喜爱酸奶,往往在餐后大量喝酸奶,可能造成体重增加。


每天饮用1~2杯酸奶为好

减肥计划 3

如果想减肥成功,有些蔬菜水果是千万不能吃的。
If want to have a success diet! There is a limitation of vegetables and fruits!


不要吃的蔬菜:

  玉米、煮熟的胡萝卜(但生吃是可以的)、南瓜和罐装豌豆。

(corn, cooked carrot, pumpkin and canned beans )


不能吃的水果:

  西瓜、熟香蕉、海枣、葡萄干、葡萄和水果罐头--所有含果糖多的水果。

(watermelon, super-reaped banana, (Don't know hw to say in English), raisins, grapes and canned fruits)

减肥计划 2

Especially for My dearest Fren Miss Pau San! =D

 晚饭如果吃得很少,到了九、十点钟肚子就咕咕叫了,想吃,又怕减肥 计划功亏一篑,不吃,可实在是很难受,这该怎么办?

今天教你 (Pau, muz listen o!) 大吃又不怕长胖的好方法!


 Q: 晚饭想吃好的?

A: 可以!4个小时以后再去睡。

( I think can apply to supper as well! Want to eat supper? sleep 4 hours later lo! )

  Caution:正常情况下晚饭吃七八成饱为好,不能吃到撑了为止哦。


p/s: 晚上吃得多马上就睡觉容易引起脂肪堆积。所以关键是促进消化速度,睡前即使坐着写东西都是一种 运动 ( including typing i guess?! So Facebook is allowed! =P ),运动导致消化,脂肪(calories) 自然就不会堆积。


记得饭后运动都是对的。

  对懒人言:散步——但这么低的运动量想靠它来减肥就别想了,但是起码可以有助消化!

  对半懒人言:慢跑——运动时间要持续到一个半小时以上,不能间断哦,10分钟或20分钟的运动是不会消耗脂肪(calories)的,所以最最起码也要撑到半小时以上!

  如果你不懒:减肥操——各种减肥操,需要用30-60分钟的时间,就怕你懒的动,你可以每天做到吗?

(can you?! for me 10 minutes is more than enough..LOL)


And again.. For us lazy people, go shopping or kia kia after dinner is enough!! remember! Half Hour ( Read the Plan 1) later o!

Better learn to have early dinner starting today! o.O

自古以来,人们就认为饭后散步是一种好习惯,对想要减肥的人来说,更应养成这种习惯。

如能在饭后30分散步一次,时间大约20分钟,那么,减肥的效果会更明显。
